This residential renovation was a design and build project. Napach Design Group worked closely with the builder and the owner to create a open revitalized apartment working from a complicated existing footprint. The NDG design team created a flexible, open layout, updated all systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing. NDG also selected all furniture, finishes, artwork, and lighting for this new magnificent apartment on the Upper West Side.
High End Furnishings
For this project, we selected a series of high-end furniture and lighting fixtures from companies like Lambert & Fils, Moroso, and B&B Italia. We were conscious of choosing furniture that was upscale, but still comfortable and amenable to the client’s young child.
Bespoke Millwork
We designed a system of sleek, custom millwork for the kitchen area that accounted for the constraints of the layout.
