We assisted Fordham University with this complete overhaul of music and visual art spaces at their Lincoln Center campus. Encompassing new professional rehearsal and recording studios, art and music classrooms, and an impressive gallery space, we are proud that this renovation will serve the creatively driven students of Fordham as they move towards their professional lives.
State-Of-The-Art Music Facilities
These new music facilities feature private practice rooms, ensemble rooms for bands and small groups, and a large rehearsal room. The music rooms are outfitted with recording capabilities and technological updates like the Wenger VAE Rehearsal System—a playback process that allows students to change the sound of the room to mimic different environments such as a cathedral, auditorium, or recital hall.
Professional Gallery Space
This expansive gallery space provides the opportunity for students to showcase their work in a professional-level atmosphere. We designed a lighting system that compliments and enhances the various types of work that will be exhibited in this space.
